Our Services

Pastoral-Musician Relations

A healthy relationship between Music Ministers and Pastors is essential! Although Music Leaders may be given autonomy in their roles, it is important for them to know when it is necessary to yield their plans or vision to the senior leader of the church or ministry in which they serve. Paramount will educate and counsel each position from its vantage point to encourage unity.

Music Ministry Interventions

Having a high level of respect and a spiritual connection within your ministry is paramount. When these aspects are lost, it can be difficult to operate in excellence. We realize sometimes you may not know where to start. Let us come in and do a full assessment of your situation and help you get back on track!

  • Starting or Revamping the ministry “from the ground up”
  • Full Musical Workshops
  • Praise & Worship Seminars & Discussions
  • Vocal Preservation and Techniques
  • Music Ministry Interventions
  • Permanent or Event Music Staffing
Music Leader-Singer Relations

Sometimes as Ministers of Music in whatever capacity, we want everything to be “perfect”. It is important to know even though we are “leaders”, the best leaders are servants FIRST. If you have hit a rough patch leading your music group or need advice with getting past a sticky situation, we can help you sharpen your interpersonal skills while giving you strategies to win the hearts of the people you lead.

Interpersonal Choral Relations

The truth of the matter is we all have worked with people who weren’t at the top of our “favorite list”. It is important, however, to truly love one another as Jesus has loved us. If your members are at each other’s throats and need help just getting along week to week, let us help to restore the peace.

  • Provide Judges for Music Competitions
  • Choral Development
  • Spiritual Relevance (Keeping the enemy out of your ministry)
  • Advisement/Counseling for Music Ministry Heads
  • Role Playing
  • Vocal Auditions
Developing the Kingdom one Note at a time.
